许忠斌个人简介

 许忠斌,男,教授/博士生导师,浙江宁波人。现任过程装备研究室主任。1990年毕业于浙江大学化工系,同年免试直读浙江大学流体工程研究所研究生,1993年硕士毕业后到华南理工大学任教。1998年考取华南理工大学与北京航空材料研究院联合培养博士生,2001年塑料机械博士毕业。其间曾借调到仲恺农业技术学院工作。2003年9月作为引进人才回到浙江大学工作。其中,2001年9月至2003年8月在华南理工大学与顺德市秦川恒利塑机公司从事材料加工工程博士后研究工作;2008年6月至2009年9月英国剑桥大学(University of Cambridge)访问学者。2014年7月至2015年10月在美国哈佛大学(Harvard University)进修访学。第一届全国橡塑委员会委员、中国振动学会常务理事、橡胶与塑料杂志(塑料版)编委会副主任。
主要从事过程微纳米技术与装备、塑料机械、流体工程和高分子材料成型加工的应用基础研究,包括主动与被动式微混合、微流体器件与系统、注射成型、挤出成型、挤注发泡集成加工机械以及高性能纳米塑料、特种塑料、导电塑料加工等。近5年来,先后主持及参加国家自然科学基金面上项目、省部重大科技专项、973子项目、国家重点实验室基金、企业重大项目等10余项。在高性能和微结构塑料加工工艺与设备、微混合及微流控装置等方面取得了具有一定国际影响力的研究成果。
在国际上提出了一系列新的塑料加工和微流控方法,包括微通道塑料薄膜、微通道塑料管道、新型微流体器件和高效节能塑料机械等,逐步应用于新材料、医药、包装、涂料及塑料机械等行业,取得了较好的经济和社会效益。已在Sensor Actuat B-Chem, Appl. Phys. Lett., Polym Eng Sci, J Appl Polym Sci, Nanotech., Adv Funct Mater, J Mater Sci.、化工学报、中国塑料、高校化工学报、化工机械、纳米科技等国内外期刊发表学术论文60篇,其中SCI、EI收录40余篇,已被国际同行他引共计800余次,H指数16。是国际期刊J Appl Polym Sci、化工学报等刊物的长期审稿人,兼任国内科技项目、科技奖励、质量鉴定、学位论文等多个部门的评审专家。获得授权国家发明专利及实用新型专利近20项,公开美国专利一项。曾获省部级科技进步一等奖、自然科学二等奖和汤氏优秀中青年教师奖等荣誉称号。
工作研究领域:
①微通道塑料制品成型加工和高效节能塑料机械,包括注射、挤出成型等;
②微混合器结构优化、微流体器件与系统,复杂系统流体工程及设备;
③新材料加工技术及装备,新型导电材料、纳米材料、包装及吸声材料等。
